Rules for techquiz:IT:-
1. A team should be in pairs of two, consisting of participants from the same college.
2. There will be two levels,first written,with qs in MCQ form.
3. Second level will consist of three rounds.
   -first round:  about 5 questions to be answered in a given time.
   -second round: picture identification,buzzer round.
   -third round : surprise round which will test your IT aptitude.
