Rules for techquiz:core:-
1. A team should be in pairs of two, consisting of participants from the same college.
2. There will be two phase of the event 
     :IN-PHASE 
     :OUT-PHASE
3. IN-PHASE will be screening round and the teams need to qualify in this round to move to the OUT-PHASE.
4. Six groups will be chosen thereof for competing in the OUT-PHASE round.
5. The team which bags the highest point will be the winner.
