Rules:

1)The participants have in teams with 2in a group
2)Event consist of two parts i) prathamika stara(preliminary round)
				    ii) pradhanan stara(final round)
3)Its a open test competition where you are allowed to have books or any sources of your own.

PRATHAMIKA STARA(PRELIMINARY ROUND)
 Its a open test where you are allowed to carry away with  questions and deposit the same within
 a specified time of 3hrs.
 Question will be based on analog and digitals electronics concept and some fundamentals of vlsi
 and mosfet and about TANNER tools.
 BEST TEN teams will be chosen for the final round

PRADHANAN STARA(FINAL ROUND) 
Its  also a open test round where you will be given a system with tanner tools installed and you
to design,layout some circuts of practical use.
The group with best design,optimized  one and best functional will be chosen as the winner.
So lets see whose colurful ,innovating layout rule this sankalp’09 to make a optimized world.
