Rules:

·	First Round:
o	It is a team event. Maximum number of members per team is 2.
o	It would be a written test based on analog and digital fundamentals, the basics of PSpice .
o	The test will be an open test. The participants may follow any book they want to.
o	The top 10 teams will be selected for the second round.

·	Second round:
o	The second round would be based on design of analog and digital circuits using PSpice.
o	Total duration of the round will be 1 hour.
o	Each design statement will have its own weightage.
o	The team with the maximum score will be  the winner.
o	In case, the scores are tied the team   with optimized or best functioning  will be
	declared as a winner.
