Event Format:
The event will be in 2 phases. All the abstracts must be sent in ".doc" format.
Phase 1:
(i)  The students are required to get themselves registered.
(ii) The abstract must contain the student name, college name, 
     branch under which the abstract is to be submitted and a valid e-mail id & phone number.
(iii)A maximum of 2 students are allowed to present one paper.
(iv) Only one paper per team is allowed.
(v)  Selected participants will be notified through e-mail.
Phase 2(at Sankalp):
(i)  Two hard copies of full paper are to be submitted before the presentation.
(ii) A softcopy of the full paper(in the form of CD only) is also required.
(iii)During the main event, the contestants will get 8-10 min to speak which 
     includes the question-answer session.
(iv) The document of paper to be presented must be in an extension of .ppt (MS office 97-2003 version).



Format:
(i)For abstracts
	-Word limit : 200-250 Words
 	-Font type : Times New Roman,1.5 line spacing,justified.
      -Font Size : 12(Body),Title-20,Bold.
(ii) For Hard Copy

   -Page limit : 30-35 pages
   -Font Type : Times New Roman,1.5 line spacing,justified.
   -Font Size : 12
   -All papers must have a bibliography,charts,graphs,diagrams,tables,simulation results if required.
    The paper may otherwise be rejected.
NOTE:
(i)  If any of the above rules are breached by any participant,the judging panel reserves the right to 
     disqualify the team.
(ii) The organisers reserve the right to change the rules of the event at any time and will do best 
     to update the contestants.However, it is the duty of the participant to keep themselves updated.
(iii)The decision regarding selection of abstracts by the organisers will be final and any queries 
     regarding this will not be entertained.
