Lashya
(Inter College Dance Competition)


1.All participants must register for Sankalp’09 and should carry their respective
 Identity cards (along with the receipts). Participants from colleges other than 
 NIST can register for Sankalp’09 at the college premises. 
 Participants will have to also carry their respective college Identity cards. 
 Inability to produce any of these on demand shall result in cancellation of candidature. 
2.Lashya will be conducted on 14th of October 2009 from 7:45 PM onwards.
  Participants shall get themselves prepared accordingly. 
3.Each dance group should consist of at-least 5 members. 
4.Lashya will be a two-stage event: 
a.Theme song round:  This will be the selection round. In this round each group has 
  to perform on any song of their choice. The maximum duration of any performance is 12 minutes. 
  Selected groups will get into the second round.
b.Common song round: This will be the second and final round. All participating groups 
  will have to perform on a common song which must be downloaded from the website itself.
  Any modification to the original song (as uploaded) will not be entertained and will
   be liable for cancellation. 
5.Participants should bring their respective songs in CDs only. Pen-drives or any other media 
  will not be entertained.   

6.The decision of the Judges will be final and binding.
