The event is divided into two rounds: 
1. Selection round through phone lines.
2. Show round
  i.Fastest Finger First
  ii.Hot seat

SELECTION ROUND
A phone line shall be open just 10 days before Sankalp 09.
The phone line shall be open for 3 hours per day from 6PM to 9PM.
The caller shall be required to mention the name, college and semester.
The caller shall then be asked three questions related to the field of computers.
The qualifying caller shall be informed by phone, email or website.
The answers may not be told to the caller.
One caller shall be allowed only once to call.

SHOW ROUND
The qualifiers shall be required to play Fastest Finger First.
The fastest player shall go to the Hot seat.
Ten questions shall be asked and cash awarded following the rules.
The main rules shall be announced during the show.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
	-Participants are required to come with their college ID cards.
	-The decision of the judges and the organizers will be the final and binding.
	-Any or all of the above rules are subjected to change which is under the discretion 
     of the coordinators.
