1. How much is the amount of Registration for Sankalp-09?
Ans: The amount for participating in the Mega Techno-Management symposium is only Rs.400 which includes the Accommodation as well as the facility charges.
2. How we will reach at NIST?
Ans: NIST buses will frequently pick up the participants from the Berhampur railway station and bus stand with regular interval depending on the train and bus timings. So, all you need to do is to get off at the Berhampur railway station/bus stand and just get inside the NIST buses to reach NIST campus. However, our members will be there at the station/bus stand to help you.
3. Do you provide accommodation facility for girls?
Ans: Ofcourse, we do provide the accommodation facility for girls in the girls hostels viz. Campus girls hostel, Sagar girls hostel (Gopalpur) or at the Girls hostel-2 (Berhampur town).
4. Can we come to the campus on 13th Oct,09?
Ans: Yes, the outside participants will be provided with accommodation facility from 13th Oct,09.
5. I have registered online for Sankalp-09 online but havn’t got the password till now. Can I come to participate without the password?
Ans: When a participant gets registered online in the Sankalp-09 website a password is sent automatically to the participant’s email id. However, if the student faces any problem in getting the password then also he/she is eligible to participate in Sankalp because we do have the record of the registered participants in our database. 6. Will participation certificates and other certificates be given or sent by post if not able to take it on the last day?
Ans: If a participant is unable to take the participation certificate(s) on the last day then the certificate(s) will be mailed to the participants respective college via post.
7. Will the photographs and videos of the Sankalp be uploaded on the website? Or can we take photographs?
Ans: The photographs and the videos will be uploaded I the website. However, if any participant wants to take photographs they need to consult the Event organizer about it.
8. Whom shall we contact in case of any problems regarding event mismanagement?

9. Will my parents be allowed to attend the second day show or the first day show?
Ans: Sankalp is a students forum. In order to avoid inconvenience parents are not allowed for the event. However, with prior permission from the college authority may draw fruitful result regarding the issue.
