Basic rules:
1. 5 vs. 5 (Team Play, 5 players per team).
2. A coin toss will determine whether a team will start as Counter-Terrorist or Terrorist.    
3. Time per round: 2:00 minutes.
4. Only registered teams are allowed to play. A player can only be on one team, one cannot play 
   for two different clans .
5. The match will commence, once both teams are ready.
6. Weapon Restrictions - Each player may make use of no more than the following number of  
   weapons per round:
  2 Flashbangs
  1 Grenade
  1 Smoke Grenade
7. Banned items :  Tactical shield, Terrorist's Creig Commando

Preliminary Round:
1. Only De_Dust2.
2. Single elimination in the preliminary rounds.
3. The first team to win 6 rounds (out of 10) is declared the winner. 
4. In the case of a tie after regulation, the following  steps will be taken: 
-  Overtime consists of 6 rounds with starting  money  of $10,000. Each team will play 3 
   rounds as Terrorist and 3 rounds as Counter-Terrorist. The  team to win 4 rounds first, 
   is declared the winner. 
-  In the case of another tie, the overtime will be  repeated until a winner is declared.
Official Rounds:
1. Official Maps For second Round Onwards (15 Rounds): De_Dust2, De_Inferno,De_Nuke,De_Train,De_cpl_mill.
2. Semi-Finals and Final will be played of 20 rounds
Dropout:
If one or more players drops out of the game, the game must be paused. The team then has 5  
minutes to get the player ingame again. The teams are allowed to get a reserve in the game,  
but if the team is not complete within 5 minutes. The other team can claim victory. 
Only one pause  per team per match.
Server:
Game servers will be hosted and given out by the game crew. Server will be up in pure mode.
Information on server configuration can be given if wanted. In semi-finals and towards finals 
the  game crew will control the servers.
Server failure:
If the server crashes during a game the server will be restarted.


Disconnects and Resumes:
If a player gets disconnected before the commencement of 3rd round , the match will be restarted.
If it occurs after the 3rd round starts, then the disconnected player must re-connect to the server.  
If up to 3 of all players are unintentionally disconnected: The score for that round is discarded. 
The game is paused after the round during the freeze time, and all players wait until  
the disconnected players are connected to the server. When all players are connected, the match 
may continue by un-pausing the game. In the case of intentional disconnection, the  umpire may decide 
to end the match with the offending team losing by forfeit.
Spectators:
The only spectator that is allowed is the game admin, since HLTV will be available on every  match 
after the qualification.
Ingame:
Each team in the game must have a unique clan tag, each member on the team must have the  same tag 
so we can separate the teams from each other. This means that if your clans name is TCP,  
all clan-members must have the same prefix. (Read: Not [TCP], -TCP-, ]TcP[ etc. You must choose  ONE!).

Summing up:
-  Register on time
-  Be at the game crew area (finals) at least 10 minutes before your match starts so you are 
   ready  to start right away.
-  Make sure you understand all of the rules. If in   doubt, contact the game crew.
-  Any form of cheating will lead to the team in  question to be disqualification. The rules are the 
   ones hereby listed and the clanbase-rules linked to above.
